This session introduces a major evolution in the Growbotik prospecting ecosystem: a tightly integrated workflow between the Growbotik Lead System and Wix Symphony that moves members from manual outreach toward autonomous, AI-driven client acquisition. The update also covers new team member permission controls, the distinction between free website mockups and full website builds, and a roadmap for fully hands-off prospecting.
Update: automatic outreach with Symphony is now live. See Setting Up Symphony: From Purchase to First Run.
Under Settings → Team Members, you can now segment user access rather than granting full admin rights to everyone.
Permission | What It Controls |
Growth Plan Generation | Can the user create growth plans? |
Standalone Product Sales | Can the user sell individual services? |
Invoice Generation | Can they create and send invoices? |
Checkout / Branding Editing | Can they modify white-label settings? |
Leads / Wix Lead System | Can they access the new prospecting tools? |
Client Visibility | All clients or only clients they generated |
Why this matters: You can now safely add sales reps, account managers, or VAs without exposing your entire client book or billing infrastructure.
After extensive testing across tens of thousands of emails and thousands of businesses, the recommended prospecting workflow has matured into a three-stage system:
Growbotik finds the lead, analyzes the website, and generates the asset (mockup website).
Symphony (powered by Wix AI) handles the communication—outreach, follow-ups, replies, and meeting booking.
You or the Sales Team close the deal and upsell to a full growth plan.
Instead of high-volume "I saw your website" spam, the system targets businesses with poor or no websites, offers a genuinely free, conversion-optimized mockup, and opens a conversation about guaranteed leads. This is a high-trust, collateral-rich approach that converts significantly better than cold audit offers.
Located in the Leads section of your dashboard, the system handles three core functions:
Enter a niche and city (works in any country Growbotik supports).
The system scrapes Google Business Profiles and returns a list.
Businesses are flagged as:
No website — Ideal candidates for instant mockup generation.
Has website — Requires analysis to determine if it is conversion-worthy.
Targeting tip: Prioritize businesses with fewer reviews (e.g., 17–80) and lower competition. A business with 600+ reviews and a strong site is a harder sell.
For businesses that already have a site, run a deep analysis before spending any outreach energy. The analysis scores:
Conversion widgets (CTAs, forms, chat)
Design and visual appeal
Page speed and accessibility
Social proof and above-the-fold messaging
Why analyze first? AI tokens and email credits cost money. Filtering out businesses with strong existing sites prevents wasted effort.
Once you identify a viable business, click Generate Website. The AI builds a complete, mobile-responsive, conversion-optimized homepage in approximately 6 minutes.
What the mockup includes:
Design and copy tailored to the niche
Conversion widgets (booking, quoting, scheduling)
Accessibility and chatbot placeholders
Images pulled from their Google Business Profile, existing website, or social media
Image sourcing priority:
Existing website
Google Business Profile (minimum 6 images ideal)
Facebook or Instagram page (paste the link manually if needed)
Stock image library (fallback)
Editing: You can refine the site via a chat interface (e.g., "Remove the right-side hero card" or "Change the color theme to black and yellow"). You can also regenerate entirely for a fresh design angle.
Understanding the distinction is critical for sales positioning.
Mockup | Full Build | |
Cost to you | ~$2 in AI tokens (covered by sponsor credits) | Wholesale cost via Growbotik |
Pages | Single long-form homepage | Multi-page, full site |
Chatbot / ADA | Visual placeholder only | Fully functional |
Hosting | Requires the client's yearly Wix plan | Delivered and installed |
Retail price | Free (lead magnet) | $1,000–$5,000+ |
Your margin | You get paid by Growbotik | 85–90% profit margin |
Purpose | Open the door, build trust | Monetize the relationship |
The typical upsell path:
Prospect loves the free mockup.
They ask for changes, internal pages, or a working chatbot.
You or the sales team quote a full build ($4,000–$5,000).
Growbotik fulfills the full build; you keep the margin.
Once the site is live, you pivot to the Impact Report and 12-month growth plan.
Symphony is an AI agent platform by Wix. When connected to Growbotik via MCP, it becomes your autonomous sales development representative.
Maya is a pre-configured Sales Outreach Manager agent. She operates on a set of policies seeded from Growbotik's internal prospecting playbook, including:
Initial outreach email templates (lead-focused, website-gap angle)
Follow-up cadence — up to 12 touches for non-responders
Reply handling — pricing questions, objections, interest confirmations
Pricing awareness — connected to your default pricing tier in Growbotik
Trigger | Action |
Daily at 8:00 AM | Fetches new leads from Growbotik and sends first-touch emails |
Every 2 hours | Checks your connected email inbox for replies and responds accordingly |
End of day | Delivers a summary of activity, replies, and booked meetings |
The Reviewer Agent: Symphony requires a second "reviewer" agent that audits Maya's drafts before sending. This is created automatically when you deploy the starter pack.
You can also spawn Maya manually for specific leads (e.g., "Maya, reach out to these three roofing leads according to your SOP"), or you can use Symphony without automation as a manual chat interface to draft emails and fetch lead data.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the technical bridge that lets Symphony "talk" to Growbotik.
What it enables:
Symphony fetching lead lists, website scores, and share links directly from your Growbotik account
Real-time access to your pricing tiers so Maya can answer cost questions accurately
Automated handoff notes when a lead is ready for the sales team
Setup: In Symphony, click Connect MCP Server and authorize via OAuth using your Growbotik login. No coding or API keys required.
After a prospect expresses interest in the website (or after it goes live), the next move is the Impact Report.
How to generate it from the Leads section:
Open the business record.
Click Generate Impact Report.
Enter known data (monthly client goal, close rate, answer speed) or leave fields blank and let Growbotik infer from industry baselines.
The system produces a full report in ~10 minutes.
Strategic use: The Impact Report shifts the conversation from "Do you want a website?" to "How many clients do you want per month?" — setting up the growth plan upsell.
Training: A 26-minute deep-dive on Impact Reports is available in the Training Area under Robotik Wix Technical Training.
Cost: $192/year (Base tier)
Sign-up link: wb.growbotik.com — You must use this link for the integration to unlock.
Account creation: Use email/password signup (not Google Connect) to avoid sync issues.
Base allowance: 2,000 credits/month
What consumes credits: Maya checking email, drafting replies, sending follow-ups, analyzing lead data
Scaling up: If you prospect heavily, additional credits can be purchased. The MCP-integrated workflow is optimized to consume fewer credits than manually configured agents.
Symphony pulls retail pricing from your default pricing group in Growbotik. Before going live:
Go to Agency Hub → Prices.
Confirm your default tier (marked with the star) has the markups you want.
If you change tiers, ensure the star is moved to the active one.
You define a policy (niche, cities, daily lead volume).
Growbotik automatically generates lead lists, finds contacts, and pushes them to Symphony.
Symphony handles all outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
You are notified only when a meeting is booked or human intervention is needed.
Q: Do I need Symphony to use the Lead System?
A: Yes, to switch Leads on. You activate Leads once with a Symphony Basic (yearly) purchase through wb.growbotik.com. After that, you can work leads by hand, and Symphony adds automatic outreach and follow-up
Q: Can I add leads that are not from the scraper?
A: Yes. Use Add Lead Manually in the Leads section. You can include a website, GBP, Facebook, or Instagram link for image sourcing.
Q: What if the business has no website and no GBP images?
A: The system falls back to stock imagery. The site will still generate, though richer source material produces better results.
Q: How do I hand a lead off to the Sales Team?
A: Inside the lead record, click Book a Call with Sales Team, paste the booking link, and add handoff notes (e.g., "Wants chatbot widget upsell"). The sales team sees your context before the call.
Q: Does Symphony only work with Gmail?
A: No. It works with any email provider you connect, though Gmail is the most common setup.
Q: What if I already paid for Symphony outside the wb.growbotik.com link?
A: You must sign up through the dedicated link for the MCP integration and unlimited Growbotik lead tier to activate. Contact support via the in-app chat if you need help migrating.
Q: Can I host the mockup on my own server instead of Wix?
A: No. The website is delivered into your client's own Wix account, on a yearly Wix plan bought through your link. That is how you get paid, and it keeps the site easy to upgrade to a full build.
Q: What happens if website generation fails?
A: Simply retry. The system throttles to three concurrent generations per user to manage load. If one fails, rerun it.
Add team members with restricted roles under Settings → Team Members if you have staff.
Sign up for Symphony at wb.growbotik.com using email/password.
Watch the training videos in the Training Area → Growbotik Wix Technical Training (overview, lists, analysis, website creation, impact reports, and sales handoffs).
Create your first lead list (pick one niche and one city).
Run 3 website analyses to identify poor-performing sites.
Generate one mockup website and share the preview link.
Connect the MCP in Symphony and deploy the Maya starter pack when it is released (expected within days).
Confirm your default pricing tier is set correctly before Maya begins quoting prospects.
Principle | Action |
Prospecting is now a system, not a skill | The combination of Growbotik + Symphony + MCP turns prospecting into a repeatable, automatable workflow. |
Analyze before you outreach | Use the deep website scan to filter out businesses that are not viable prospects. |
The mockup is a lead magnet, not the product | Give away the one-page site to open the door; sell the full build and growth plan. |
Symphony handles the conversation | Maya manages outreach, follow-ups, and replies based on Growbotik's proven email playbook. |
Use the correct sign-up link | wb.growbotik.com is required for the integration to function and for your unlimited lead tier to activate. |
