This session was a Q&A follow-up to the previous Symphony/Maya setup workshop. It covered credit usage, automated prospecting, email best practices, lead management, contact discovery, Wix website fulfillment, super sites, upsells, support, and upcoming feature requests.
Automated Prospecting Policy – Expected mid-month. Growbotik will generate leads autonomously, Symphony will grab them autonomously, and outreach will run automatically. You act as supervisor.
Symphony Credits – Additional credit pack being negotiated with Wix. Growbotik MCP changes are being made to reduce credit consumption.
New Website-Selling UX – Coming later this month to simplify the business account / sold products process.
Feature Requests in Progress:
Upload leads into Growbotik via CSV, native upload, or MCP.
GHL lead integration (native or MCP).
Provide live examples of super sites.
Basic Symphony package: ~2,000 credits per month, replenishes monthly.
Symphony does not itemize why credits are consumed.
If using only the Growbotik MCP for prospecting, credits are used for:
Checking Growbotik for new leads.
Sending outreach emails.
Sending follow-ups.
Checking for replies.
High usage may require an upgrade. Additional credit pack and community coupon are being pursued.
$192/year is required initially to unlock the lead package and get Wix support for token costs (website generation, lead generation). Later monthly upgrades are possible. You save $48 vs. $240/year.
Symphony connects to your mailbox and performs prospecting. Growbotik via MCP tells Symphony what to do.
Use a professional domain email – not a personal Gmail address.
Warm up a new mailbox for at least 1 week before connecting it. Send real emails to friends/family and ask them to reply. Paid warm-up services (~$20) are optional.
Start with 5 new outreach emails per day.
With 10 follow-ups every ~3 days, by day 29 you will have ~150 seed emails and ~1,500 follow-ups.
Keep volumes low, especially on Gmail/Workspace.
Positive cold email response rate: ~0.3% (about 3 positive replies per 1,000 contacts).
For high volume (e.g., 100 emails/day), use a separate system like Instantly or Woodpecker and rotate email accounts.
The system is intended for a few website giveaways and a couple of sales per month ($300–$4,500), plus upsells.
Primary domain vs. separate Workspace: Primary domain is okay for low volume. Best practice is a separate Workspace for cold outreach, but it must be warmed up.
Do not email Itamar directly for technical issues.
Use the support widget in your Growbotik dashboard (bottom-right) or via help.growbotik.com.
If the widget cannot answer, it prompts a ticket to support. If needed, it routes to Tom, Eyal, or the fastest available team member.
Replies go to your mailbox and chat.
Add leads manually in Growbotik:
Go to Leads → Add Leads.
Required: business name + address.
Optional: website, Facebook, Instagram, phone.
Add to an existing list or create a new list.
More fields = better website and impact report generation.
Get Contacts: Uses LeadScrape API.
Coverage is ~30–40% of businesses.
Persona-based businesses (law firms, dentists) often provide actual names.
Brand-based businesses often provide generic emails (info, sales, contact).
Companies without websites often lack emails. Use DMs, Facebook, LinkedIn, or calling manually. Worth the effort.
Manually added leads with fresh contacts will be considered by Symphony for outreach. Run a deep analysis first; avoid targeting businesses with strong website scores (85–90).
Importing leads from other systems into Maya:
You can prompt Maestro/Maya with an Excel file (e.g., 20 leads, reach out 5/day).
However, they won’t have a website to sell. Better to add leads to Growbotik so analysis and site creation happen there.
CSV upload exists in Growbotik. MCP add-lead tool and GHL integration are feature requests.
When to-dos are completed and the prospect purchases Wix hosting:
Website goes live, but not on their domain initially.
Turnaround is ~2 days depending on to-dos and domain.
Domain connection depends on whether they have a domain or need to buy one.
Buying on behalf of a client:
Use the client’s email, not yours.
Go through the “I want this website” link in incognito.
Sign up with client email and manual password (not Google Connect).
You need access to the client’s email for verification.
Sites can be transferred across Wix accounts. An account can have multiple sites.
Free Wix website:
Mock/one-page site.
Form works and domain is connected.
You receive $300 from Growbotik.
Good start for businesses with weak or no website.
Super Sites:
Robust, multi-page, CRO-focused, with design, animations, before/after widgets, maps, add-ons.
~95% AI-generated, with revisions, client information, and human review.
Example sold for $4,500 and led to a larger marketing deal.
If client wants more than the free website:
Add business account in Growbotik.
Choose Website product.
Set custom pricing/tiers.
Add marketing plan, business listings, reviews, AI chatbot, etc.
Save cart and send payment link.
Payment triggers to-dos.
To-dos complete → super website created → internal review → client approval → live.
95% of businesses want additions. Use the free website as a conversation starter and upsell marketing services.
