This article covers the setup and operation of the Maya agent integration between Growbotik and Symphony, as presented in the live training session. Maya is an automated sales outreach agent that works with Growbotik's MCP (Model Context Protocol) to prospect leads, send emails, and handle follow-ups automatically.
Before starting the setup, ensure you have:
A paid Symphony account – Purchase at wb.growbotik.com if you haven't already. The free tier will run out of tokens before you can accomplish anything meaningful.
A professional domain email (Gmail Workspace or Outlook) – Do NOT use a personal Gmail address like [email protected]. Use [email protected]. Using a personal email makes you look like a hobbyist and reduces response rates.
An active Growbotik account with Leads Prospecting section enabled (this unlocks after purchasing Symphony and entering the email used for purchase).
Leads in your Growbotik system – Maya checks for new leads every 3 hours. Without leads, the system returns zero results.
Log into Symphony
Navigate to Account → Connectors and MCP (bottom left)
Click Connect next to Gmail (or Outlook)
Authorize with your professional domain account
Confirm the connection shows as active
Why this matters: Symphony uses your email to send outreach and check for replies. Emails sent from Symphony's native emailer come from [email protected], which looks unprofessional.
In the same Connectors and MCP screen, click Connect MCP Server
A conversation with Maestro (Symphony's master agent) will open
When prompted, paste the following URL:
text
https://app.growbotik.com/mcpMaestro will generate an OAuth link – click it to authorize Growbotik
Scroll down, authorize, and click back to chat
Verify the connection shows Growbotik is connected with tools ready
Important Notes:
If you get an "OAuth client ID needed" error, tell Maestro to "grab the OAuth from the account" and re-submit the link
If connection fails, ensure you're logged into app.growbotik.com (not a white-label domain)
Try again if it doesn't connect on the first attempt
Occasionally, Growbotik MCP may disconnect when new tools are added. Reconnect using the same process
Ensure email and MCP are both connected first
Access the Maya installation link from:
The chat box during training
Your Growbotik members area → Growbotik Wix Technical Training → Symphony Setup
Click the link – it opens Symphony and begins unpacking the Maya package
Answer the three setup questions:
Your first name
Your agency name
Your time zone
Push the information back to Maestro
Review what Maya plans to install (Reviewer, Outreach Runner, Reply Checker)
Approve the installation
What gets installed:
Maya Sales Outreach Manager – The main agent
Reviewer – Reviews Maya's written outreach
Outreach Runner – Cron job that checks for new leads every 3 hours (8 AM–8 PM)
Reply Checker – Checks for email replies every hour
Backend functions – Optimized for credit efficiency (built with Wix's help)
Note: LLMs are not deterministic. Your conversation with Maestro may differ slightly from what was shown in training. This is normal.
After installation, Maya runs a diagnostic
If prompted about missing functions or endpoints, tell Maya to run the startup check first before making changes
If everything shows green (Gmail connected, Growbotik connected with tools ready), you're set
Maya's first run fires at 8:00 PM your local time
Run schedule after first run:
8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 8:00 PM daily (for new leads)
Reply checks every hour
Log into Growbotik daily
Go to Leads section
Create leads in existing or new lists
Any business with a contact that hasn't been previously pulled and emailed will be treated as a new lead
Maya automatically pulls new leads every 3 hours
Outreach Runner checks Growbotik for new leads with contacts
Maya sends initial outreach emails
Reply Checker monitors for responses every hour
If someone replies interested in a website, Maya generates one via Growbotik
Website links are sent in the next iteration (approximately 1 hour later)
System sends up to 12 email follow-ups automatically per prospect
Chat with Maya directly in Symphony. Example prompts:
"Recap last two days' work of Maya"
"How many reach outs, how many replied, how many websites generated?"
Treat Maya like a human team member – communicate in plain language for reports and troubleshooting.
Use a professional domain email (Gmail Workspace or Outlook with custom domain)
Do NOT use personal Gmail addresses
If you don't have a domain email, purchase one (approximately $3-7/month)
Maya only contacts leads that have email addresses
Leads without contacts are skipped
Ensure your Growbotik Leads section is active and populated
Symphony uses credits for operations
Costs are being optimized by Wix through backend functions
A credit coupon for Growbotik community members is in development
Contact support if credit usage seems excessive
Check in daily for the first few days after setup
Watch for MCP disconnections (reconnect using the same process)
Maya will email you if it encounters issues it can't resolve
Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
OAuth client ID error | Tell Maestro to "grab the OAuth from the account" and re-submit the link |
MCP won't connect | Ensure you're logged into |
Connection fails | Try again; perform a hard refresh and clear cache |
Maya says Growbotik disconnected | Reconnect using the MCP link: |
Functions missing error | Run startup check first; only build if necessary |
Emails not sending | Verify Gmail/Outlook connection is active |
For persistent issues, submit a bug ticket via Help in Symphony.
Autonomous Prospecting Policy (expected mid-October)

Set daily lead quantity (e.g., 5, 10, 15 leads/day)

The Maya integration automates lead prospecting and outreach by connecting Growbotik's lead generation capabilities with Symphony's AI agent system. Setup requires connecting your professional email, linking the Growbotik MCP server, and installing the Maya pack. Once running, the system handles outreach, follow-ups, and reply management automatically, requiring only periodic supervision and lead list updates.
