This session introduces a new rapid prospecting tool that generates growth plans in seconds without the full discovery chat, demonstrates the now-live invoice preview feature, walks through the new guided demo tour, and reveals the exact two-call sales process the internal team uses to close high-ticket deals—from the "guaranteed leads" email to the website mock-up close.
A new Prospecting section under Growth Plans allows you to generate a complete impact report and marketing plan without walking through the entire discovery chat.
Instead of the prospect-facing chat flow, you enter only the essential business details:
Field | What to Enter |
Business name | Exact business name |
Prospect name | Your name (or the decision-maker's name) |
Your agency email (to receive the finished report) | |
Business phone | Direct business line (not your personal number) |
Website URL | Active site or competitor URL if none exists |
Main HQ address | Physical address from Google Business Profile |
Client target | How many new clients/jobs per month they want |
The system auto-generates the remaining inputs:
Service area expansion — AI adds nearby cities if population is insufficient
Services — Inferred from the website and niche
Conversion assumptions — Estimated answer rates, callback speed, and close rates based on industry baselines
Because the analysis runs in the background, you can queue multiple plans simultaneously:
~20 seconds per plan entry
~5 minutes to launch 10 plans
Plans complete in 6–10 minutes and appear in your dashboard
Best practice: Use this for outbound prospecting and discovery call prep. If you want the prospect to enter their own data for higher accuracy, continue using the standard chat link.
You can now preview exactly what your client will see on their invoice before it is sent.
Go to Settings → Invoice Configuration
Add your details:
Billing email address
Business registration / tax ID numbers
Additional information or payment terms (e.g., "Net 15," "Thank you for your business")
Tax configuration if applicable
Save, then click Preview Invoice
A clean, branded PDF showing:
Your uploaded logo
Your custom billing details and notes
Line-item breakdown of services
One-time and recurring totals
Note: The preview is a static render. Once saved, all future invoices generated through the platform will use this template.
An interactive, step-by-step guided demo is now live for new accounts.
When a new member first logs in, a walkthrough prompt appears automatically. Existing members can also trigger it manually.
The demo coach explains every element of the platform from the prospect's perspective:
Stage | What the Tour Explains |
Discovery Chat | Purpose of each question, why locations matter, how the AI uses the website |
Live Analysis | How review scores, SEO gaps, Near Me rankings, and Google Ads audits are generated |
Impact Report | How to read the banner summary, adjustable client targets, and cost-per-lead metrics |
Growth Plan | Monthly breakdowns, service timelines, and budget allocation |
Customer Hub / To-Dos | What the client sees after purchase and how fulfillment tasks are managed |
Tip: Even experienced members can run the demo to understand how prospects experience the system, making it easier to explain during sales calls.
Itamar revealed the exact funnel the internal sales team uses to generate and close deals. This is a tactical supplement to the broader prospecting strategies taught in Alex's bootcamp.
Subject: Personalized first name
Body (one paragraph):
"Hi [First Name], we can get you 60 qualified leads. Are you interested in a quick call?"
Why it works: It leads with a concrete, desirable metric and asks for minimal commitment.
Metric | Internal Benchmark |
Cost per qualified show-up | ~$290 |
Show-up definition | Prospect is from your ICP, has budget, is interested in marketing, and actually attends the call |
ICP criteria | Local service business doing ~$300K/year in revenue |
Close rate from show-up | ~33% |
Important: The internal team uses an external email agency. The agency requires a ~$4,000–$5,000/month budget with a 3-month minimum commitment. They do not sell one-off meetings. If you want an introduction, contact Itamar directly (not support).
Do not show the impact report yet.
Instead, treat this as a pure qualification and rapport-building call:
Ask the discovery-chat questions manually (Do you run PPC? Do you have a GBP? What is your current close rate?)
Identify the biggest conversion gap (usually the website, chatbot, or voice agent)
Frame yourself as a consultant, not a vendor:
"I don't want to take your money and send traffic to a site that won't convert. Let me fix [the website/the bot] first, then generate the leads I promised."
Schedule Call 2 for 48+ hours later
Between calls, create a mock-up of the conversion asset you identified:
Use Claude or v0 to generate a website redesign mock-up
Or configure a chatbot/voice bot template tailored to their business
Example: For a liquor store, build a "spirit expert" chatbot that asks, "Are you looking for wine, spirits, or beer? Is this for a party or a quiet evening?"
Show the mock-up. Walk through why it converts better (CTA placement, form design, chatbot engagement).
Sell the conversion asset first. Websites are typically quoted at $4,000–$5,000 (wholesale cost ~$200). This is an immediate, high-margin win.
Pivot to the growth plan. Once the website/bot is approved, present the impact report and 12-month marketing plan.
Frame the commitment as quarterly, not annual:
"We work quarter to quarter. Your commitment is the setup month plus the first three months. If we hit your goal of 2 clients per month by Month 3, I imagine you'll want to continue."
Immediate cash flow: The website sale recovers your prospecting cost instantly.
Trust: You demonstrated expertise before asking for a long-term retainer.
Lower friction: A $4–5K website decision is easier than a $30–50K annual plan decision, but it naturally leads there.
Not every business is a perfect fit for the full 12-month growth plan (e.g., retail, liquor stores, tech repair). You can still sell them using solo products assembled into a custom cart.
A liquor store has e-commerce and foot traffic. A full revenue-based growth plan is difficult because average tickets are low and behavior is promotion-driven. Instead, build a custom package:
Service | Role in the Package |
Website revamp | More immersive, lifestyle-focused design |
Near Me SEO | Captures local "liquor store near me" searches |
AI Chatbot | Acts as a "sommelier" or "spirit expert" to guide purchases |
GEO / AI Visibility | Ensures the store appears in AI-generated local results |
SPO (Email Promotions) | Drives repeat purchases from existing customers |
Go to Business Accounts → Add Business Account
Enter basic business info (the system runs a silent analysis)
Go to Products → Add Product and select each service
Choose your pricing group (markup is applied automatically)
Add notes to payer explaining the bundle and any terms
Save to cart and send the invoice link
Result: The client sees a branded checkout page with one-time and monthly totals. After payment, they access a Customer Hub showing only the services they purchased—no full marketing plan required.
Alex's bootcamp mentions selling a 3-month starter plan. This does not mean generating a separate 3-month growth plan. It means:
Present the full 12-month plan as the strategic roadmap
Ask for a quarterly commitment (setup month + 3 execution months)
All plans are technically month-to-month; you are simply framing the initial commitment
"We work quarter to quarter. We win your business every 90 days."
The discovery chat asks for "clients per month" by default. Once the prospect enters their website URL, the system detects the business type and automatically switches terminology:
Dentists / Physicians → "patients"
Roofers / Contractors → "jobs"
Attorneys → "cases"
If the terminology does not auto-switch, report it as a bug via the in-platform chat.
Phone repair, computer repair, and similar retail businesses are not ideal for the full automated growth plan because of low average tickets and high transaction volume. However, you can still sell them:
A website conversion package
Near Me SEO
AI chatbot for appointment booking
Standalone PPC for high-intent repair keywords
Use the custom cart method described above.
Run 5 rapid prospecting plans this week using the new Prospecting tool to test speed and output quality.
Configure your invoice template in Settings → Invoice Configuration and preview the PDF.
Review the guided demo if you are new or want to see the prospect experience.
Draft your "guaranteed leads" email using the template in the Help Center (Agency Hub → Training → Marketing Assets).
Practice the two-call close: Qualify first, identify one conversion gap, build a mock-up, then sell the asset before the full plan.
Create one custom solo-product cart for a niche that is not a perfect fit for the standard growth plan flow.
Principle | Action |
Speed beats perfection in prospecting | The rapid plan creator lets you generate 10 plans in 5 minutes for outbound campaigns. |
Invoice preview protects your brand | Review formatting, logos, and terms before clients see them. |
Sell the fix before the funnel | A $4–5K website/chatbot sale builds trust and funds your acquisition cost before the annual plan conversation. |
Quarterly framing reduces friction | All plans are month-to-month; position the first 3 months as a trial period with the 12-month plan as the roadmap. |
No niche is unsellable | If the full growth plan is a poor fit, assemble a custom cart of standalone services. |
The $290 show-up is a benchmark, not a requirement | You can replicate this with your own cold email stack, networking, or advertising—the mechanics matter more than the specific channel. |
