In-Chat Analysis, Impact Report & Solo Product Selling

Support Office Hours 11

Overview

This session, led by Itamar from the Growbotik product team, provides a deep-dive demonstration of the V1.1 platform redesign. The update transforms the prospect experience from a lengthy questionnaire-and-loader flow into an interactive, in-chat analysis that reveals insights in real time. The session also covers the new Impact Report, the solo product selling workflow, and answers critical questions about discovery chat logistics and plan options.

V1.1: The New Discovery & In-Chat Analysis

The discovery flow has been completely rebuilt based on member feedback. Instead of a long chat followed by a 6–8 minute loading screen, the analysis now unfolds progressively inside the chat interface.

What Changed

Before (V1.0)

After (V1.1)

Revenue-based opening ("How much revenue do you want?")

Client-based opening ("How many clients/jobs do you want per month?")

Long questionnaire with many manual inputs

Shorter chat; system auto-generates more answers

Separate 6–8 minute loader animation

Real-time analysis reveals insights step-by-step inside the chat

Dense gap analysis page as main destination

Streamlined Impact Report with one-sentence banner summary

Static marketing plan layout

Auto-colored branding, collapsible accordions, "continuing as planned" gray text

The In-Chat Experience (Demo Walkthrough)

When a prospect completes the shortened discovery chat, the system begins analyzing their business in real time. Here is what they see:

  1. Website Analysis — Immediate score and teaser: "Your site is leaving a lot of leads on the table... Full breakdown in your plan."

  2. Speed to Lead — Instant insight: "At your current response time, you're losing 30% of your leads, translating to roughly 15% higher cost per lead."

  3. Keyword Research — Live mapping of top keywords with commercial intent (e.g., "water damage restoration near me").

  4. Review Analysis — Comparison against top competitors with engagement widgets.

  5. Near Me / Map Pack Ranking — Visual grid showing exactly where they rank locally and how close they are to the top 3.

  6. GEO / AI Visibility — Analysis of how the business appears in AI-generated search results.

  7. Google Ads Audit — Instant scan for live ads and projected lead potential.

Why this works: Each insight is a "golden nugget" that keeps the prospect engaged, creates curiosity, and sells the value of the full plan before they ever reach the marketing plan page.

"We are teasing them because we want them to stick and answer a few more questions, and then also follow up into... the plan."

The Impact Report

After the in-chat analysis, the prospect lands on the Impact Report—a one-page summary designed for business owners who do not understand marketing jargon.

Structure

Hero Banner (one sentence):

"Based on the gap analysis, we can generate [X] clients a month and more. We will bring [Y] leads a month at an average cost of [Z]perlead, translatingto[ A] in year-one revenue and [$B] over the lifetime of the clients you win."

Key Elements:

  • Auto-grabs the business logo from their website for personalization

  • Adjustable client targets (prospect can change "5 clients" to "3" or "10" and the system recalculates)

  • Condensed gap analysis cards with banner text summaries

  • System-generated tags on estimated data (average ticket, lifetime value) so prospects know what to update

  • Editable business data that cascades through the entire plan in real time

The Impact Report Email

When the analysis completes, the prospect (or you) receives an email containing:

  • The full impact report embedded in the email body

  • A marketing gap snapshot creating friction/curiosity (e.g., "You scored 4/10 on SEO performance")

  • A direct link back to the full report

Important: The email subject line now reads "Impact Report Overview" rather than the old revenue-focused language.

Discovery Chat: Self-Service vs. Done-for-Them

Two Ways to Run Discovery

Method

When to Use

How

Prospect self-service

Warm leads, inbound inquiries, social media hand raises

Send your pricing-group link; they complete the chat themselves

Agency completes on their behalf

Cold prospects, events, phone calls where you gather info

You enter all answers; use your own email to receive the report first

Email Strategy

  • Want the prospect to receive it automatically? Enter their email in the chat. They get the Impact Report email immediately upon completion.

  • Want to review and tweak first? Enter your own email. The report comes to you. You can adjust assumptions in the Agency Console, then click Share to send the polished version when you are ready.

The Name Field

The chat asks for a name purely for personalization inside the conversation (e.g., "Thanks, Itamar"). It does not appear on the final report, plan, or business account. You can enter your name or the prospect's name—it does not affect the output.

Solo Product Selling (Standalone Services)

You are no longer required to sell full 12-month growth plans. You can sell individual services à la carte.

How It Works

  1. Go to Business Accounts → Add Business Account

  2. Enter basic business info (name, address, website)

  3. The system runs a silent analysis in the background (no lengthy chat required)

  4. Go to Products → Add Product

  5. Select any service: Website Creation, AI Chatbot, Near Me SEO, PPC, CRM Automation, etc.

  6. Choose your pricing group (or set custom pricing per product)

  7. Add notes to payer (e.g., "Conversion package includes website + chatbot, 90-day commitment")

  8. Save to cart and either complete the sale yourself or send the cart link to the client

What the Client Sees

  • A branded cart page with your logo

  • Credit card entry form

  • Itemized list of services, one-time fees, and monthly maintenance

  • Your custom notes

  • Upon payment, they receive access to a Customer Hub showing only the products they purchased—not a full marketing plan

Strategic Use Cases

Scenario

Tactic

Foot-in-the-door

Prospect only wants a website. Sell website + chatbot first, then expand to full plan later

Event selling

At a trade show, identify a quick need (e.g., "Your website scored 23/100") and sell a conversion package on the spot

Plan add-on

Existing client unhappy with their PPC agency 5 months in. Add PPC as a standalone product to their active plan

Budget-constrained prospect

Start with one affordable service, deliver results, then upsell to the full growth plan

All plan products are available as standalone, including Near Me, SEO Performance, AI Voice Agent, Reviews, Website Conversion Optimization, and CRM workflows.

Marketing Plan Updates

Visual & Structural Improvements

  • Auto-colored banner: The plan header automatically pulls colors from the business's website logo

  • Plan overview paragraph: A conversational summary at the top explains the entire 12-month strategy before any numbers appear

  • Collapsible monthly accordions: Prospects see revenue, CLV, clients, and leads per month at a glance; they can expand for tactical details

  • "Continuing as planned": Services with no changes that month appear in gray text. Only new launches, scaling events, or adjustments are bolded and highlighted

  • Business impact summary: Each month starts with a plain-English sentence: "This month we will deploy targeted Google Ads and optimize your business listing..."

Why the Cheapest / Cost-Effective / Fastest Dropdown Was Removed

The previous system offered three plan variants based on reaching a total revenue goal over time (e.g., "$50,000/month by month 6").

The shift: Business owners think in per-month operational terms—"I need 5 more clients every month." The new system pushes to hit that monthly target consistently from month 2 or 3, rather than ramping slowly.

Future: Alternative options may return in a different conversational format (e.g., "We know you wanted 5 clients, but here is a lower-budget option that delivers 3 clients").
