This session covers major product updates including a new three-tier growth plan structure, expanded Agency Console capabilities, upcoming international market support, and the ability to run plans for businesses without an existing website or Google Business Profile.
The platform now generates up to three distinct growth plans for qualified prospects, replacing the previous single-plan default.
Plan | Strategy | Best for |
Cheapest | Minimizes upfront paid ad spend (PPC, Facebook). Leans heavily on organic channels initially. | Clients who want to test month-to-month, start conservatively, or have limited budget. |
Cost-Effective (Default) | Balanced mix of organic and paid channels over 12 months. | Most clients. This was the original single plan and remains the recommended starting point. |
Fastest | Aggressive upfront investment in paid ads to generate leads as quickly as possible. | Clients who want immediate results and are willing to spend more early to accelerate growth. |
The system only displays the plans that are viable based on the prospect's inputs. If the parameters (revenue goal, location, gap analysis, customer acquisition cost) do not support multiple strategies, you may see two plans or even one. The more headroom the system identifies in the client's market, the more options it unlocks.
The Agency Console has been significantly enhanced based on member feedback. You can now edit virtually every element of a growth plan without regenerating it from scratch.
Switch pricing groups on the fly: If you started with a 100% markup plan but the client negotiates, select a pre-configured 90% (or any other) markup group and the entire plan recalculates instantly.
Per-service exceptions: Apply a specific pricing group to an individual service if only one element needs a different margin.
Real-world scenario: A prospect loves the plan but says it is slightly outside their budget. Instead of losing the deal or rebuilding the plan, you open the console, drop the markup by 10%, and re-share. You still earn strong margins while closing the client.
By default, Growbotik provides a dedicated PPC landing page and applies its own conversion-rate estimates based on niche, location, and historical data.
If you already own high-performing landing pages (e.g., from prior campaigns), you can now input your known conversion rate. The system will rebuild the ROI model around your actual asset performance instead of its defaults.
Recommendation: Only use this if you have existing assets with verified data. New users should rely on the system's default projections.
You can toggle individual services on or off directly inside the console.
Why use it: The client already has an SEO provider they trust, or they want to keep their current website host.
Effect: The plan instantly recalculates budget, timeline, and projected ROI with that service removed. No need to restart the discovery chat.
Guarantees: As long as you do not manually override the service projections (the system's data-driven lead estimates), the growth goal remains grounded in real-time analysis. If you strip out all paid advertising, for example, the system will show you what is achievable on organic alone.
Adjust the expected lead volume for Near Me and SEO channels.
Common use case: Members who prefer to under-promise and over-deliver. If the system projects 41 leads, you can show the client 30. When the campaign delivers 41, the client is delighted rather than skeptical.
The system spreads the revised volume across the year according to its ranking-velocity formula.
All parameters the client entered during discovery can now be edited:
Monthly revenue goal
Initial average order value
Customer lifetime value (CLV) and retention horizon
Call answer rate, callback speed, form-lead response speed
Sales closing rate
Locked fields: When AI Voice Agent or CRM automation is enabled, the corresponding speed-to-lead fields are locked because the system assumes optimal performance from those services.
Growbotik is preparing to support additional English-speaking markets beyond the United States.
Opening a new geography is not simply a matter of translation or currency conversion. The platform requires:
Deep data integrations: Real-time APIs that account for regional search behavior, population density, and local competitive dynamics.
Geo-specific modeling: Keyword volumes, search intent, and platform behavior vary by country. A direct translation of U.S. keyword logic introduces bias and inaccurate projections.
Quality threshold: Every new market must meet the same analytical rigor as the current U.S. system before launch.
Currency support: Local pricing and billing in the target market's currency.
Regional data sources: Integration of local census, directory, and traffic data.
Keyword and competitive intelligence: Models trained on regional search patterns rather than U.S. proxies.
English-speaking regions are the first priority because language is the easiest variable to solve. The team is actively testing data coverage and will announce specific markets once quality benchmarks are met.
A major hurdle has been removed. You can now run growth plans for businesses that do not yet have a website or GBP.
Discovery adjustment: The chat asks for competitor websites or examples the prospect considers relevant to their business.
AI analysis: The system scrapes those competitor sites and their associated GBP listings to infer service offerings, keyword strategy, and market positioning.
Plan adaptation: The growth plan builds in website creation and GBP setup as foundational steps. Execution timelines are pushed slightly to account for build time.
Prioritized onboarding: The system forces the prospect to complete website and profile setup tasks before other marketing services launch, since SEO and PPC require a destination.
Many small businesses are interested in marketing but have never established a digital presence. Previously, they were disqualified at the door. Now they can enter the funnel, receive a plan, and use Growbotik to build their foundation from zero.
Because the platform releases features rapidly, a biweekly email newsletter is being introduced to keep all members informed. This complements:
In-app support widget announcements
Weekly live webinars and replays
The help portal training library
Every new feature now ships with a dedicated step-by-step video tutorial. The Agency Console training is already live inside the marketing and growth plans section of the help portal.
Three plans give clients choice: Conservative, balanced, or aggressive—match the plan to their risk tolerance and budget.
Agency Console eliminates rework: Change pricing, services, inputs, and projections in real time without restarting discovery.
International markets are coming: English-speaking countries are first. The delay is data integrity, not language.
No website is no longer a blocker: The system can onboard true zero-digital-presence businesses by analyzing competitors and building the foundation into the plan.
Stay informed: Watch for the new biweekly newsletter and feature-specific training videos so you never miss a capability that could close a deal.
