Billing
The Billing sub-section shows your current subscription plan, how many Growth Plans you have generated and activated this month, and your current billing estimate. No configuration is required here — it is a read-only reference for tracking your platform usage and costs.
Plan Usage
The Plan Usage card shows three figures for the current billing period:
Current Plan — your active subscription tier and its status.
Plans Generated — the number of Growth Plans generated this month against your plan's included allowance. If you exceed your allowance, overage charges apply per additional plan generated.
Active Plans — the number of Growth Plans currently active across your customer accounts, along with the per-plan price.
Business Accounts with Active Plans
Below the Plan Usage card, a table lists every business account that currently has an active Growth Plan, along with the plan type assigned to each.
Current Billing Estimate
The Current Billing Estimate provides an itemised breakdown of your projected charges for the current billing period, including your base subscription fee, active plan fees, and any overage charges. This is an estimate and reflects charges accrued to date in the current period.
Monthly History
The Monthly History table shows a record of Growth Plans generated each month, providing a reference for tracking platform usage over time.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reactivate my account?
Log in at app.growbotik.com with the email on your account. You'll see a page to reactivate your subscription. Choose Monthly or Annual, check the plan and card, and click Reactivate. Your clients, plans and settings are as you left them.
