This session covers major upcoming training releases, new platform features rolling out now, integration roadmaps, and strategic guidance on target markets and competition. It also reinforces the long-term infrastructure behind Growbotik and the support ecosystem available to every member.
Tom (Support) announced a comprehensive, end-to-end training program is being recorded to eliminate friction for new and existing members.
What will be covered:
Complete platform overview
Account configuration step-by-step
Stripe setup and approval (including for countries where Stripe is not natively supported)
White-label website and domain configuration
White-label platform setup (once live)
Prospecting with Growbotik
Closing clients who receive a growth plan
On-screen walkthroughs showing exactly what to click, where to navigate, and what each element means
How it will be released:
Content will be released in clusters rather than mixed recordings, ensuring a logical, streamlined learning path.
New modules will be added to the help portal as they are completed.
Live office hours will continue weekly to gather feedback and elaborate on released materials.
Where to find existing trainings: All previous webinars and replays are available at help.growbotik.com. Use the in-app AI assistant to ask questions at any time; if it cannot resolve your issue, escalate to the support team.
An initial version of the Agency Console has launched and is being enhanced continuously. It allows you to edit discovery answers and rerun plans without starting from scratch.
A new review mechanism is being rolled out that automatically evaluates generated plans and explains whether a prospect is a good fit or not. This helps you understand if you are targeting the right audience before sending the plan.
You will soon be able to share plans in an editable format, similar to Google Docs, so prospects or team members can adjust items directly before finalizing.
The white-label infrastructure is actively being improved to ensure a seamless, fully branded experience under your own domain.
Current limits: Depending on your tier, you receive a set number of complimentary growth plans each month (e.g., 20 for Agency tier, 100 for Super Agency). You can run more than your complimentary allocation; additional plans are charged according to your subscription.
Bulk generation: A bulk-upload feature is under consideration. This would allow you to pass information for multiple businesses in a batch rather than running the discovery chat one by one.
Editing after submission: If you need to change answers in the discovery process after a plan has run, the Agency Console now allows you to edit inputs and regenerate the plan.
A future integration with GoHighLevel is planned. This will allow one-click transfer of leads into Growbotik so you can mature and manage conversations inside your existing GHL workflows.
Current distinction: While GHL is excellent for agency operations and lead nurturing, Growbotik’s core differentiator is the automated generation of executable growth plans and fulfillment. The integration will bridge the two rather than replace either.
An integration with Instantly has been requested and is on the radar for future CRM/automation scaling, though not yet scheduled.
If you have a connection with a potential affiliate—especially one with a large audience or list of local service businesses, professionals, lawyers, accountants, etc.—but you are unsure how to close them, Barry and the affiliate manager are available to join your call.
Standard affiliates: The affiliate manager can close with you or for you.
Mega affiliates: For high-value partners with significant reach, Barry will personally join the call to help close the deal.
Reach out directly if you have a warm introduction to a major affiliate and need closing support.
Home services: HVAC, roofers, water damage, contractors, remodelers.
Professional services: Lawyers, financial planners, loan officers, accountants.
Real estate agents and brokers: You can run growth plans for these; they fall into the same target audience structure.
CBD businesses: Generally not recommended. If major advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook) restrict campaign types for CBD, the system cannot run an effective growth plan.
Pure B2B or non-local: The platform is optimized for local service businesses marketing to consumers in their geographic area.
A common worry is that multiple members might contact the same business.
Reality: There are tens of millions of local service businesses in the United States alone. The probability of two members prospecting the exact same business in the same city at the same time is extremely low. Even if two people do reach out to the same business, one will typically win the engagement. Do not let fear of overlap stop you from sending growth plans widely.
Barry emphasized that Growbotik is not a brand-new experiment—it is built on over eight years of Umbrella campaign history that has generated thousands of executed campaigns and tens of millions of dollars in service revenue for members.
Proven service providers: The same providers that produced the best results over eight years are the same providers powering Growbotik fulfillment today.
Automated novelty: What is new is the automation of onboarding, optimization, communication, and fulfillment—not the underlying services or results.
Revenue potential: Even a small number of clients can build a six-figure business. Three or four active clients can generate tens of thousands of dollars in revenue.
Member commitment: The difference between members who build significant businesses and those who drop out is simply staying the course through the initial learning curve. For some, the breakthrough happens in days; for others, it may take weeks. The key is to keep sending growth plans until that first deal closes.
