The Agency Console lets you modify growth plans based on your knowledge of a business, creating a custom plan that updates in real time.
What you can tweak:
- Amount — already available
- Service tier — pulls from your pricing groups (e.g., VIP markup)
- Conversion rates
- Website traffic: Default optimal rate is 9%
- PPC landing pages: Typically higher than website conversion; adjustable
- Services — add services the system omitted (e.g., a new website) or remove services you don't want to offer
- Economics — adjust data collected from the chat (used to derive ROI)
- Response rates — adjust based on speed-to-lead; impacts the value of AI chat, voice AI, and CRM follow-ups
> How it works: After you save changes, the system reruns calculations on the spot and updates the plan. You can then resend the updated plan to the prospect.
Pricing notes:
- Pricing is pulled from your selected pricing group at the time of calculation.
- If you change pricing in the pricing group after creating a plan, it will not retroactively affect existing calculated plans. Recalculate via the Agency Console if needed.
- Finalizing the ability to use Growbotik's sales team on your marketing plan.
- This will make it easier for non-US members to maximize Growbotik.

- The subdomain entered in your dashboard is internal only and does not affect the final client-facing URL.
- You must own the domain you want to connect. If you don't own one, you can purchase it via the Umbrella dashboard (for Umbrella members) or from any provider like GoDaddy or Namecheap (for non-Umbrella members).
- DNS settings: Step-by-step DNS instructions are in the Help Center under Agency Hub > Website Settings.
- To see all available products and what they solve, go to Agency Hub > Products.
- Each product includes a description and an explanatory video.
- GEO / AI Search Ranking: This is handled under the GEO analysis product.
- ADA compliance is included in Growbotik plans and will populate automatically for businesses that require it.
- USPS services are not currently part of Growbotik (available in Umbrella only). May be added to marketing plans in the future.

- You must connect a Stripe account before you can bill for plans.
- Ensure your Stripe account has:
- Bank account connected
- Business information added
- Approval from Stripe
- How payouts work:
- When a client pays an invoice, your markup goes to your Stripe account in real time.
- The wholesale amount automatically goes to Umbrella's account.
- Refunds work in reverse.
- PayPal: Not supported. Stripe is required because it supports variable pricing, result-based payments, and PPC budget fluctuations with zero manual involvement.
> Note: You do not need a US Stripe account, but the system is geared toward US customers, so you must be able to accept USD.

- Every Growbotik account includes a referral hub.
- Umbrella members receive better affiliate terms than standard Growbotik accounts.
- Standard terms are listed on the Growbotik website.
- Growbotik offers tiers that determine:
- Monthly marketing plan limits
- Affiliate tier level (Agency vs. Super Agency)
- To upgrade to Super Agency, contact support. Self-service upgrade will be added to the dashboard in the future.
- If an affiliated member signs up but later backs out after selling a plan, there is currently no direct "takeover" feature.
- This has been flagged to the product team and will require consent between both agencies and the business.

- You must have complete, approved terms and conditions.
- Known issue: Requesting the terms link from the support widget currently corrupts the URL (404 error).
- Workaround: Download the terms directly from Agency Hub > Invoice Configuration or use the privacy policy template in the Help Center.
- A fix is in progress to support terms pasted directly into the text area (not just as a link).
- The 2,000-character limit on terms input will be removed.

- Primary market: United States
- Canada: Supported, but billing is in USD only.
- UK / Europe / Other regions: You can use Growbotik from anywhere in the world, but you cannot currently onboard UK businesses locally. International members should market to US clientele.
- Growbotik is optimized for local, service-based businesses (e.g., roofers, lawyers, dentists, HVAC).
- E-commerce: Not fully supported. E-commerce businesses will not benefit as much from current products.
- Healthcare: Supported if the business relies on phone calls, local search visibility, automated CRM, and PPC lead generation. If the healthcare business does not require an online presence or lead automation, Growbotik may not be the best fit.
- Each account receives one configurable website.
- While you can market to specific niches via email, you cannot currently create multiple niche-specific websites within one account.

Q: Can clients change plan parameters?
A: No. The Agency Console is for agency use only. However, if a prospect enters incorrect information during discovery, you can update the parameters, recalculate the plan, and resend it. The updated plan will appear automatically for them.
Q: Can I add an existing domain, or do I need to purchase a subdomain in the dashboard?
A: You do not purchase a subdomain in Growbotik. The subdomain field is internal-only. You can connect any domain you already own.
Q: Will changing pricing in my pricing group affect existing marketing plans?
A: No. Once a plan is calculated, pricing is stored. Changes to the pricing group only affect new calculations. Recalculate existing plans via the Agency Console if needed.
Q: Can I use PayPal instead of Stripe?
A: No. Stripe is required for variable, result-based, and automated billing.
Q: What if my terms and conditions link leads to a 404?
A: This is a known widget bug. Download the terms directly from Agency Hub > Invoice Configuration, or use the URL shown in the dashboard.
