The Commissions tab provides a transparent, line-item breakdown of your income. While the Statistics tab shows traffic and conversion rates, this page focuses entirely on the revenue generated from your commission on license purchases.
Just like the Statistics tab, you can use the From and To date selectors to view your earnings during a specific window of time.
Total Commission for Period: This large display updates based on your selected dates, showing you exactly how much you earned during that specific month, quarter, or year.
Below the summary, you will find a detailed table (the "ledger") that tracks every individual sale. Here is what each column represents:
Referral ID: A unique identifier for the customer you referred. This allows you to track individual accounts without compromising their private data.
Date Created: The date the customer first signed up using your link.
Date Paid: The date the commission was successfully processed and moved to your "Total Earnings."
Subscription: Details regarding the type of license the customer purchased.
Active Plan: This confirms which tier the agency is currently on (Starter, Growth, Professional, or Enterprise). As a reminder, you receive 45% of this plan's monthly cost.
Mo #1 Override: This column tracks any specific adjustments or bonuses applied to the very first month of a new referral's subscription.
1. If You Hold a Super Agency License
Ambassadors with a Super Agency license unlock our highest commission tiers, allowing you to earn from every level of the agency's growth:
License Commission (40% Recurring): You earn 40% of the monthly subscription plan chosen by the agency you refer.
Example: If they sign up for the Enterprise Plan at 395/mo, you earn 158 every month if they remain a customer
Client Plan Commission (40% Recurring): You earn 40% of the revenue from every sub-plan that your referred agency’s clients purchase.
Example: If your referred agency has 100 clients generating 19,500 in plan volume, you earn 7,800 every month in addition to your license commission.
The "Mo #1 Override" (10% One-Time): To boost your initial payout, you earn 10% of the total wholesale value for the very first month of a new client's activity under your referred agency.
Example: If 100 clients have a first-month wholesale value of 2,000 each (200,000 total), you receive a one-time payout of $20,000.
2. If You Hold a Normal Agency License
Ambassadors with a Normal Agency license earn a simplified commission based solely on the referral’s license purchase:
License Commission (15% Recurring): You earn a 15% monthly commission on the subscription plan chosen by the agency you refer.
Example: If they sign up for a Starter Plan at 95/mo, you earn 14.25/mo
Note: Normal Agency members do not qualify for the 40% Client Plan Commission or the 10% First Month Override.
To ensure the stability of our affiliate program, we follow a standard security window for all payouts.
Commissions are paid out at the end of the month following the month they were earned. (For example, commissions earned throughout the month of January would be paid out at the end of February).
This buffer period is necessary to account for:
Refunds: If a customer requests a refund during their initial period.
Disputes: To resolve any credit card or payment processing issues.
Once this period has passed, your cleared commissions are sent automatically to your connected Stripe account. To ensure your funds are delivered on time, please make sure your Stripe account is fully set up via the Dashboard tab.
