What Is the Products Section?

The Products section is your reference library for every service Growbotik uses to build Growth Plans. It is accessible from the left navigation of the Partner Hub. Each product entry gives you a clear picture of what the service does, how it contributes to a client's growth, and how quickly it typically delivers results — so you can speak confidently about the plan you are presenting.

How the Products List Works

Products are displayed as individual cards showing the service name, category, a short description, and the available markup. You can search by name or filter the list by Category or Type. System products are built and delivered by Growbotik. Custom products — services you add from your own agency — are coming soon.

Understanding the Timeline

Every product includes three time estimates. Estimated Days to Initial Traction is when a client can expect to see early signs of results. Estimated Days to Full Traction is when the service is running at full performance. Minimum Agreement Period is the shortest commitment associated with that product. Timelines vary significantly across product types — some services deliver results within days, while organic channels may take several months to reach full performance.

Agreements

All products operate on a month-to-month basis after the minimum agreement period is met. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice regardless of the product.

Pricing

All prices displayed in the Products section are wholesale — the cost to you as a partner. Retail pricing charged to your clients is set separately within your pricing groups. For full pricing details on any product, refer to its Pricing tab inside the Products section.

Adding Your Own Products

Coming soon: you will be able to add your own agency services as Custom products directly inside the platform, so Growbotik can include them in Growth Plans, project revenue for them, and combine them with Growbotik services under a single client invoice.

Product Directory

The following is a summary of every current Growbotik system product. For detailed feature lists, pricing structures, and setup requirements, refer to the dedicated KB article for each product.

Tracking

Category: Customer Data Management — Gap Analysis: Follow Up

Tracking gives you complete attribution across every inbound lead — calls, form submissions, and web activity. It uses dynamic phone numbers to trace each contact back to the exact source that generated it, records calls with AI-powered transcription, and automatically follows up with missed callers via SMS. Without Tracking active, it is impossible to know which marketing efforts are actually working. It is the foundation that makes every other product measurable.

Timeline

Initial and full traction both arrive within 30 days. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

GEO Analysis

Category: Local Marketing — Gap Analysis: Traffic

GEO Analysis measures how often AI-powered search engines — such as those embedded in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools — recommend a business when users ask for local service providers. As AI-generated answers become a growing source of local discovery, visibility in these results is becoming an important part of a business's overall online presence. This product audits that visibility and identifies specific actions to improve it.

Timeline

Timeline estimates are not available for this product as results depend on factors specific to each business and market.

AI Voice Agent

Category: Conversational AI — Gap Analysis: Follow Up

The AI Voice Agent answers inbound calls when the business does not pick up, preventing prospects from dropping to voicemail or calling a competitor. It handles the conversation using business-specific knowledge, qualifies the caller's intent, captures their contact details, and routes high-value calls appropriately. Every missed call becomes a recoverable lead rather than a lost opportunity. For local service businesses where a missed call is frequently a missed job, this product directly protects revenue.

Timeline

Initial traction arrives within 5 days of going live. Full traction is reached by 30 days. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

CRM HubOne

Category: Customer Data Management — Gap Analysis: Follow Up

HubOne is Growbotik's own CRM, recommended for businesses that do not currently have one in place. It brings all leads from calls, forms, and other sources into a single dashboard, tracks each contact through the sales pipeline, and supports the automated follow-up workflows Growbotik deploys. If the client already uses their own CRM, Growbotik integrates with it through the Automated CRM Workflows product instead.

Timeline

Initial traction is expected within 30 days. Full traction takes up to 90 days as adoption and data accumulate. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

AI Chatbot

Category: Conversational AI — Gap Analysis: Follow Up

The AI Chatbot is installed on the client's website and engages visitors around the clock, answering questions, pre-qualifying intent, and capturing contact details — including outside business hours when no one is available to respond. It uses business-specific content to provide accurate answers and escalates conversations to a human agent when needed. For businesses where website traffic is already coming in, the chatbot converts more of that existing traffic into leads without requiring additional ad spend.

Timeline

Initial traction arrives within 30 days of installation. Full traction is reached by 90 days. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

Automated CRM Workflows

Category: Customer Data Management — Gap Analysis: Follow Up

Automated CRM Workflows connects the client's existing CRM to Growbotik's lead capture system. Every inbound lead — whether from a form, a phone call, or another channel — is pushed into the CRM automatically, along with any relevant call recordings and transcripts. Booking status updates flow back out of the CRM so Growbotik has a complete picture of outcomes. This closes the loop between marketing activity and sales results.

Timeline

Timeline estimates are not available for this product as setup and results depend on the client's existing CRM configuration.

Facebook Brand Awareness

Category: Paid Advertising — Gap Analysis: Traffic

Facebook Brand Awareness runs short-form video ad campaigns targeting local adults in the client's service area. The primary goal is not direct lead generation — it is to increase brand familiarity, which in turn improves the click-through rate on the client's Google search ads and reduces their overall cost per lead. When a prospect has already seen the brand on social media, they are more likely to click on it when it appears in a Google search result.

Timeline

Traction timelines are not defined for this product. The minimum agreement period is 90 days.

Speed to Lead

Category: Conversion Optimization — Gap Analysis: Follow Up

Speed to Lead analyses how quickly the client currently responds to missed calls and new inquiries, and calculates the impact that response time is having on their lead conversion rate. Research consistently shows that the first business to follow up with a lead is the most likely to win the job. This product surfaces that data so the business can see exactly where delayed responses are costing them revenue.

Timeline estimates are not available for this product.

Google PPC Ads

Category: Paid Advertising — Gap Analysis: Traffic

Google PPC Ads places the client's business at the top of Google search results for the keywords their ideal customers are using. Campaigns are managed by an award-winning Premier Google Partner and include keyword research, ad creation, and ongoing optimisation. PPC is the fastest way to generate inbound leads from high-intent search traffic and is typically one of the highest-impact products in a Growth Plan.

Timeline

Initial traction is expected within 20 days of launch. Full traction arrives by 40 days. Minimum agreement period is 90 days.

Business Listings

Category: Local Marketing — Gap Analysis: Traffic

Business Listings ensures the client's name, address, phone number, hours, and other key information are accurate and consistent across 80+ online directories, search engines, and review platforms. Inconsistent or missing listings suppress local search visibility and erode trust with potential customers who find conflicting information. This product creates and maintains those listings centrally, with the ability to push updates — such as holiday hours — across all platforms at once.

Timeline

Initial traction is expected within 30 days. Full traction takes up to 90 days as listings propagate across directories. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

Reviews

Category: Conversion Optimization — Gap Analysis: Conversion

Reviews builds a consistent pipeline of fresh online reviews by making it easy for satisfied customers to leave one. A dedicated review landing page is created for the client, and a link to that page is distributed through the CRM to buyers after job completion. Volume and recency of reviews directly affect local search rankings and purchasing decisions — businesses with more recent reviews consistently convert more visitors into leads than those with outdated or sparse review profiles.

Timeline

Traction timelines are not defined for this product as review velocity depends on the client's job volume and CRM usage. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

SEO Performance

Category: Local Marketing — Gap Analysis: Traffic

SEO Performance is a results-based organic search ranking service — the client only pays for keywords that are successfully ranked in the top 10 positions on Google. The service covers both on-site and off-site SEO, including content creation, backlink building, and technical optimisation. The top 3 positions target Google's map-pack results. Because payment is tied to ranking outcomes rather than effort, this product aligns cost directly with performance.

Timeline

Initial traction takes approximately 50 days, with full traction reached around 120 days as rankings stabilise. Minimum agreement period is 90 days.

Google Local Service Ads

Category: Paid Advertising — Gap Analysis: Traffic

Google Local Service Ads (LSA) appear at the very top of Google search results — above standard PPC ads — and carry either the Google Guarantee or Google Screened badge, both of which significantly increase consumer trust. The client only pays for leads directly related to their business and services. Campaigns are managed by an award-winning Premier Google Partner, including licence verification, review setup, ongoing optimisation, and bad lead disputes that recover a portion of the ad budget.

Timeline

Both initial and full traction are expected within 45 days. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

Near Me SEO

Category: Local Marketing — Gap Analysis: Traffic

Near Me SEO targets the Google Map Pack — the three local business results that appear at the top of Google when someone searches for a service nearby. These searches carry the highest buyer intent of any local search type, with the majority resulting in a purchase within 24 hours. The service ranks the client within the top 3 Map Pack positions across a 7 by 7 mile grid around their location, using on-site optimisation, local signal building, and Google Business Profile management.

Timeline

Initial traction is expected within 60 days. Full traction arrives by 90 days as rankings strengthen across the grid. Minimum agreement period is 90 days.

Website Accessibility

Category: Conversion Optimization — Gap Analysis: Conversion

Website Accessibility installs a compliance widget on the client's website that enables visitors with visual, auditory, or physical disabilities to navigate and use it effectively. Approximately 25% of adults in the US live with some form of disability, and a website that excludes this audience loses both customers and potential legal exposure under ADA requirements. The widget delivers WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA, and Section 508 compliance and is typically live within a week of setup.

Timeline

Both initial and full traction arrive within 7 days of installation — one of the fastest-deploying products in the platform. Minimum agreement period is 30 days.

Website Conversion

Category: Website Development — Gap Analysis: Conversion

Website Conversion is a full website build service designed to maximise the rate at which visitors become leads. The deliverable is a professionally designed, mobile-responsive, fast-loading website with built-in conversion tools — including exit popups and a personalisation widget — as well as basic SEO optimisation and ongoing maintenance. It is suitable for both service businesses and eCommerce. For clients whose current website is underperforming as a conversion tool, this product addresses the problem at source.

Timeline

Initial traction is expected within 14 days of the site going live. Full traction and minimum agreement period timelines are not defined for this product.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find detailed information about a specific product?

Each product has its own dedicated KB article covering setup requirements, features, and configuration in full. Use the Products section of the Partner Hub to browse products, and refer to the corresponding KB article for complete documentation.

What does it mean when a product shows "Not available" for its timeline?

Some products do not have defined traction timelines because the timeframe depends on factors specific to each client's setup and market. For guidance on setting expectations with a client for these products, speak with your account manager.

What is the difference between Initial Traction and Full Traction?

Initial Traction is when a client can first expect to see early results from the service. Full Traction is when the service is operating at its full performance capacity. For fast-moving products like Website Accessibility or the AI Voice Agent, these can be very close together. For organic channels like Near Me SEO or SEO Performance, there is a significant gap between the two.

Are the prices shown in Products what my clients pay?

No. The prices shown are wholesale costs to you as a partner. What your clients are charged is determined by the retail pricing you configure in your pricing groups. The markup shown on each product card indicates the margin available.

Can I include my own services in a Growth Plan?

This capability is coming soon. You will be able to add your own agency services as Custom products so they can be included in Growth Plans and billed alongside Growbotik's system products on a single client invoice.
