The Marketing Growth Plan

Understanding the Marketing Growth Plan: Full Breakdown

Marketing Growth Plan

Your Marketing Growth Plan is the execution roadmap that transforms your Impact Report insights into a structured, month-by-month strategy for growing your business. This article explains what your Marketing Growth Plan includes, how to navigate it, and how to make updates when your business needs change.

What is the Marketing Growth Plan?

The Marketing Growth Plan is your personalized 12-month execution roadmap. It converts the insights from your Chat Discovery and Impact Report into a concrete strategy that shows:

  • Your target growth path and the number of new clients per month you are working toward

  • Monthly budgets broken down by ad spend and service fees

  • Monthly projected revenue, clients, and leads

  • Month-by-month tactical priorities and service status updates

How the Plan is Built

Your Marketing Growth Plan is generated using a process that considers multiple data points:

  • Discovery collects your business and economic inputs

  • The Impact Report finishes and computes conversion metrics

  • Plan generation starts with your specific parameters

  • The system creates itemized plan items and budget data

  • Roadmap phases are generated with tactical priorities

  • Your cost of acquisition and ROI overview is calculated

  • Your plan is ready for review and execution

Choosing Your Plan

When your Marketing Growth Plan is generated, the system produces two options. A dropdown at the top of the plan lets you switch between them.

Your plan is the recommended option. It is designed to reach your target number of new clients per month in the shortest time. It is pre-selected by default and labeled Recommended — Matches Your Goal. The dropdown shows the average jobs per month, 1st Year Revenue, and 1st Year ROI for this option.

Lower-budget alternative is an optional plan that reduces the cost per client. It may not fully reach your stated goal, but it is still ROI-positive. This option is useful if cost matters more than speed. The dropdown shows the same comparison figures so you can evaluate the tradeoff.

You can switch between the two options at any time before starting execution. The entire plan, including projections, budgets, and tactical objectives, updates to reflect whichever option is selected.

Top Bar Summary Metrics

At the top of your Marketing Growth Plan, five headline figures summarize the full 12-month projection:

1st Year Revenue — the total projected revenue across the 12-month plan. The ROI percentage beneath it shows the projected return on your marketing investment.

1st Year Budget — the total projected marketing spend across the 12-month plan, including ad spend and service fees.

Lifetime Value — the projected value created by the plan over your modeled customer lifetime. The ROI percentage beneath it shows the lifetime return on investment.

1st Year Clients — the total number of new clients projected across the 12 months.

1st Year Leads — the total number of leads projected across the 12 months.

Plan Overview

Below the top bar summary, the Plan Overview provides a narrative description of the overall strategy. It explains the approach the plan will take to reach your growth goal, grouped into strategic themes such as local search dominance and conversion rate optimization. This section gives you a high-level understanding of what the plan is designed to accomplish before you review the month-by-month detail below.

Monthly Breakdown: What Each Month Contains

Each month in the plan is displayed as an expandable card. The card header shows:

  • Month number and title (e.g. "Month 1: Establish Digital Presence")

  • A one-line summary of the strategic focus for that month

  • Revenue, Clients, and Leads projected for that month

As the plan progresses, Revenue shows a breakdown of new revenue and repeat business revenue separately.

Inside each monthly card you will find:

Business Impact — a narrative paragraph explaining how that month's activities are expected to affect the business and why they matter at that point in the plan.

Tactical Objectives — the specific services active that month, each with a status label and a description of what is being done. Services that are not changing are listed together at the bottom as "Continuing as planned."

Budget — a breakdown of the month's total spend, split into ad spend and service fees, with a line-by-line list showing each service and its cost for that month.
