Overview
Maya, your Symphony prospecting agent, checks Growbotik for new leads several times a day. She also checks for replies to the emails she already sent. She only reaches out to leads that are ready for outreach.
The one condition for Symphony to contact a lead is that the lead must have a contact method on file — either a phone number or an email address. Maya does not require a website to reach out.
Businesses with no website can still be contacted by Maya, as long as they have a valid contact method on file — a phone number or email address. A website is not required for Maya to begin outreach.
The analysis also gives Maya the specific problems to mention in her email.

Old Lists Count Too
Maya looks at all your lists, not only new ones. If you analyze the website and get a contact for a business in a list you created weeks ago, it becomes a new lead for Maya.
A Score of 100 Is Not an Analysis
A business can show a score of 100 before anyone analyzed it. This only means that Growbotik found a website. There is no analysis behind it, so the lead does not count as analyzed. Run Analyze websites first.
Prepare Only Your Best Leads
Get contacts only for businesses with weak websites. As scores get close to 80, the website is already fairly strong, and there is less for Maya to work with. For example, if a business scores 78, do not bother getting contacts. Because Maya only contacts leads with a contact, this also keeps her focused on your best leads. See Website Analysis and Contact Generation.
Keep Your Lists Clean
Tick the businesses you do not want to pursue and delete them. They are removed completely, so both you and Maya work from a clean list.
