Overview
Each pricing group includes an Add to Website option that generates an embeddable HTML code. This allows you to place the Discovery Chat directly on any website as a widget — so prospects can start their analysis without leaving your site. The widget is tied to the pricing group it was generated from, meaning all Growth Plans created through it use the prices and markups from that group.
How to Embed the Chat Widget
Step 1: From your Growbotik dashboard, select Prices from the left navigation.
Step 2: Locate the pricing group you want to use and click Add to Website.
Step 3: An HTML code block appears. Click Copy Code to copy it to your clipboard.
Step 4: Open the website where you want to embed the chat. Navigate to your website builder and enter the site editor.
Step 5: Add an HTML block to the page. Place it wherever you want the chat widget to appear.
Step 6: Paste the copied HTML code into the custom HTML field.
Step 7: Click Update to apply the changes. The chat widget will load on the page.
Step 8: Click Republish to push the changes to your live site.
How the Widget Works
Once live, visitors can interact with the Discovery Chat directly from your website. The chat guides them through the full discovery conversation — collecting business information, running the Gap Analysis, and generating a Growth Plan.
The widget is connected to the pricing group you selected. All pricing in the Growth Plan reflects the markups configured in that group.
If you have Whitelabel configured with a custom domain, the chat widget uses your white label domain throughout the entire experience — including the Growth Plan the prospect receives.
Using Different Widgets for Different Pricing Groups
Each pricing group generates its own unique HTML code. If you serve different client segments at different price points, you can embed different widgets on different pages — each connected to the appropriate pricing group.
