This article recaps the eighth "System & Client Getting" webinar, covering the launch of multi-language and multi-currency support for Canada, the UK, and Australia, a preview of the upcoming "Add Your Own Product" feature that lets members fulfill services themselves, the release of solo service selling, and details about the new 60-day training program with Alex, an eight-figure agency owner.
The platform now supports selling outside the United States in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. This is a system-encompassing feature affecting:
Pricing sections — Prices now display in local currency (pounds, Canadian/Australian dollars)
Marketing plan cards — Currency formatting adapts to the target region
Vendor workflows — Multi-tier fulfillment (vendor → Growbotik → agency → end client) now handles cross-currency transactions
Because this release touches pricing, cards, and the entire multi-tier vendor/agency/client chain, minor issues may appear in the first few days. If you are actively working with clients in these countries:
Monitor plan outputs carefully
Report any discrepancies immediately via the in-platform chat
Click the chat icon in your dashboard
You can ask the AI assistant a question, or say "I want to talk to a human" to escalate to the support team
Click "Report an Issue" for structured bug submission
Include:
What the issue is
Where in the system it occurred
A link to the affected page or plan
A screenshot (ideal) or at minimum the relevant URL
Growbotik is introducing the ability for members to add themselves as the fulfiller for specific services instead of using the platform's default vendors. This is ideal for members who have deep expertise in a particular service area and want to deliver it directly while letting Growbotik handle everything else.
Members who currently build websites themselves and use Growbotik for other services
Members who run their own PPC or Facebook ad campaigns
Members with specialized skills in SEO, chatbot creation, CRM implementation, or other marketing disciplines
Important: Only add yourself as a fulfiller for services you genuinely excel at. If you are "so-so" at a service, let Growbotik's established vendors handle it.
The feature is currently flagged (live in demo accounts for testing, not yet public). The setup flow walks you through nine stages:
Product name — e.g., "SEO Performance"
Short summary — What the service does
Unique selling proposition — What differentiates your offering
Features — Pre-populated from the system; you can edit, remove, or add (e.g., "GEO + AEO included")
Expected output — Ranking improvements, clicks, leads
Choose the model that matches how you actually bill clients:
Model | Description | Example |
Monthly Subscription | Recurring fee + optional setup fee | $1,500/month + $1,000 setup |
Yearly Subscription | Annual commitment | $15,000/year |
One-Time | Single project fee | $5,000 flat |
Pay Per Result | Success-based pricing | Position 1: $140; Page 2: $20 |
This is where you define how your service performs so the system can project results across a 12-month plan. For SEO, this means specifying:
Keyword buckets: Long-tail (easy), mid-volume (harder), high-volume (most competitive)
Average ranking position per bucket
Percentage ranking at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months
These projections must be grounded in your actual experience. The system uses them to build marketing plans and will track you against them.
Set realistic timelines that appear in the marketing plan and customer hub:
Setup time — e.g., 14 days (consider padding to 16; under-promise, over-deliver)
First expected result — When the client will notice meaningful movement (e.g., 120 days)
Mature expected results — When the business sees transformational impact (typically 6–7 months for SEO)
Minimum agreement period — e.g., 30 days (month-to-month) or 90 days (quarterly)
Define what you need from the client to begin fulfillment. The system automatically converts these into to-do cards sent to the customer:
Website access (username/password)
Keywords list (provided by Growbotik)
Google Business Profile connection
Custom fields with yes/no buttons — e.g., "Approve blog posts in advance?"
You become a registered vendor in the system:
Receive a vendor dashboard separate from your agency dashboard
Add fulfillment team members by email
Add internal notes (e.g., "This is a Growbotik order")
Choose how Growbotik will track and report your service delivery:
Google Business Profile — One-click connect; system prompts the client automatically
Google Search Console — For ranking and traffic data
Semrush — Or other third-party tools you prefer
Manual uploads — Monthly CSV/Excel ranking reports that Growbotik's AI processes and displays to the client
Once you click Activate Product, Growbotik's internal service for that category is turned off for your agency. All future orders for that service route to your vendor dashboard instead.
Also releasing this week: the ability to sell individual services rather than full bundled growth plans. This addresses members who have been using the legacy Umbrella system to sell standalone PPC, Facebook ads, or chatbot services.
A major UX update is also going live this week, building on feedback from the previous training session. Key improvements include:
Faster time-to-value for prospects
Better presentation of sales conversations
Higher conversion-optimized flow
Training on the new UX: Alex will cover this in his upcoming sessions. Replays of previous UX walkthroughs are available at help.growbotik.com → Agency Hub → Training → Live Webinar Replays.
A 60-day intensive training program led by Alex, an active eight-figure agency owner who specializes in local service businesses (particularly law firms). The program is designed for members who want to get traction or scale but have struggled to do so through existing training.
Active practitioner: Runs a live, successful agency today—not "back in the day"
Proven trainer: Has trained agencies for GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and other major platforms
Structured curriculum: Divides members into tactic-based groups (cold calling, mass emailing, etc.)
Accountability: Two live sessions per week (Mondays and Fridays, 2:00 PM Eastern) with hands-on execution
Scenario | Outcome |
Not working after 8 sessions | Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked |
Working = you get a client | $495 refunded automatically |
In between (learning, moving in right direction) | $495 is a low-risk investment for structured growth |
The only losing scenario: You pay $495, attend one session, and never show up again. The money is "skin in the game" to ensure commitment.
Prospecting tactics matched to your comfort zone:
Cold calling (with live scripts)
Mass emailing using Instantly (Sarge, Alex's partner, runs this for 8 agencies currently)
LinkedIn and other channels
How to "sell the sales call" — Lead magnets, bait offers, and moving prospects to the next step
Live prospecting sessions — Alex and Sarge call your leads live, even if they fumble, to show real-world execution
Midterm hot seats — Direct pipeline review and live fixes
Starts: Monday, the 20th
Days: Mondays and Fridays
Time: 2:00 PM Eastern
Duration: ~60 minutes (prospecting sessions run ~2 hours)
All sessions recorded
Link provided in webinar chat and at help.growbotik.com
Cost: $495 (sponsored by Growbotik for the 60-day period)
Refund window: 30 days
To avoid calendar overload and prevent cross-training confusion:
Tuesday System & Client Getting sessions will shift to product updates only
Prospecting and sales training moves entirely to Alex's Monday/Friday sessions

Next Tuesday session: 11:00 AM Eastern / 8:00 AM Pacific — product updates and Q&A
CRM: Yes — Hub One is already in the system
Standalone billing or booking: Not currently available as products
AI chat/voice: These are existing services you can already fulfill
Current: Gray label (MP Planner Pro) — fully functional, no visible Growbotik branding
Full white label: Use your own custom domain, logo, and company name in Settings → White Label → General Settings
The gap analysis and one-on-one report updates presented in the previous session are releasing this week (by end of week).
