This session provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the newly released white-label feature, explains how to connect your custom domain, covers the upcoming simultaneous launch of five new English-speaking regions, and clarifies currency support, plan tiers, and sales team operations.

Step 1: Choose your domain structure
Root domain: www.youragency.com (dedicates the entire domain to Growbotik)
Subdomain: app.youragency.com or grow.youragency.com (recommended if your main site already hosts marketing content)
Step 2: Enter the domain in Growbotik
Go to Agency Settings → White Label
Enter your preferred subdomain or domain
Click Connect
Step 3: Add the CNAME record
Log in to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.)
Add a CNAME record
Name: The subdomain prefix only (e.g., app — not app.youragency.com)
Value: The exact value shown in your Growbotik dashboard (same for all users)
Save the record
Step 4: Verify in Growbotik
Click Verify in the dashboard
The system continuously checks propagation and automatically provisions an SSL certificate for your domain
Most DNS updates complete within 30 minutes; allow up to 24–48 hours in rare cases
Important notes:
Your existing gray-label links continue to work during and after the transition
Once verified, all new pricing-group links automatically use your branded domain
You do not need to create new pricing groups or regenerate old links
White label is available on the Super Agency tier. If you are on the Agency tier and see the feature grayed out:

Self-service upgrades will be enabled in the dashboard within approximately one week

Agency accounts remain USD-based: Your wholesale costs and commissions are calculated in USD. At billing time, the system converts to the local currency using the current exchange rate. A small conversion fee applies.
Recommendation: If possible, keep client billing in USD to avoid conversion fees. If the client insists on local currency, the option will be available.
You can sell to any launched region regardless of your physical location
A U.S.-based agency can prospect UK businesses; a European member can sell to Australia
The system automatically handles regional data, search behavior, and competitive dynamics for each market
Enable Sales Done For You in your settings to route the Talk to Human button to the Umbrella Local sales team
The sales team uses Umbrella Local branding (national expert network), not Growbotik branding

No. The white-label system requires a CNAME/subdomain. It cannot be pointed to a relative path (e.g., youragency.com/growbotik). Workaround: Create a redirect rule on your main site that forwards to the subdomain.
No. Keep your existing DNS provider and name servers. Simply add one CNAME record.
The verification button in Growbotik runs continuous checks. You do not need to wait for a confirmation email from your domain provider. Click Verify once; the system will notify you when the SSL certificate is provisioned and the domain is live.
No. One domain or subdomain per account. However, you can create unlimited pricing groups and link to them from niche-specific landing pages on your main website.
No. The affiliate/signup page for referring other agencies remains under Growbotik branding. White label applies only to the end-client journey.
No. The platform you log into to manage clients remains branded as Growbotik. White label is client-facing only.
