This session covers the mechanics of white-label and gray-label branding, how to onboard businesses without a website or Google Business Profile, the upcoming ability to add your own services to plans, and a detailed look at how the platform handles ongoing client fulfillment, reporting, and guarantees.
Your customers see MP Planner Pro, a generic, non-branded name.
There is no visible connection to Growbotik. Customers cannot trace it back or find the parent platform by searching.
You can present MP Planner Pro as your own technology.
Requirement: You need your own domain.
Setup: Configure DNS records (similar to connecting a marketing site domain). You can use a subdomain such as app.yourdomain.com or chat.yourdomain.com.
What changes: The URL, client portal, and all customer-facing assets will appear under your brand.
What does not change immediately: Some internal references may still show MP Planner Pro, but your agency name and logo are already customizable throughout the experience today.
Email: Once you own the domain, you can set up branded email addresses (e.g., [email protected]). The platform may introduce native email setup, but you can configure this independently now.
If your published site displays an older video or references Growbotik, you need to update it.
New promotional video: Available at help.growbotik.com → Agency Hub → Website & Marketing Assets. Follow the instructions to replace the old video.
If you cannot locate it, ask the support widget for the exact link.
The platform now supports businesses that have zero digital presence.
During discovery, the chat detects the absence of a website or GBP.
The AI guides the prospect through an alternative onboarding path.
The system will create a new website as part of execution and assist with GBP setup.
The growth plan timeline is adjusted to account for build time before marketing services launch.
Previously, businesses without a website were disqualified at the door. Now you can prospect any local service business—even those starting from scratch—and the system builds their foundation into the plan.
A major upcoming feature will allow agencies to fulfill certain plan items themselves instead of using the platform's default fulfillment.
Agency onboarding flow: You will go through a guided chat to register your service (e.g., your own SEO solution, your own PPC management).
Provide operational details: The system needs to understand how to analyze the need for your product, what impact it has on the plan, what information to collect from the client, and how to track execution and attribution.
Automatic integration: Once approved, your product plugs into every plan you generate. You can choose to use your own SEO, for example, while letting the platform handle everything else.
Every product in the system must integrate across the full marketing lifecycle:
Analysis: Automatically assess need and fit.
Planning: Calculate impact on ROI and budget.
Onboarding: Collect necessary information from the business owner via AI chat.
Execution & tracking: Confirm delivery and measure results for optimization.
Replace existing services: First, you will be able to swap out default products (e.g., use your own SEO or PPC solution).
Add entirely new services: Later, the system will support custom products outside the current catalog.
In the Agency Hub → Products section, prices shown are wholesale (your cost).
When you create a Pricing Group, you set your retail markup globally or per service.
The system displays retail prices to the client in the growth plan and handles billing automatically.
Within a pricing group, you can override the global markup for individual services. This allows granular control if you want to discount one service while maintaining margins on others.
Once a client purchases a plan, the platform enters continuous execution mode. Your direct involvement is minimal.
Phase | System Action |
Monitoring | Tracks every lead, call, form submission, and traffic source in real time. |
Optimization | Compares actual performance against projections. Adjusts budget, bids, and tactics accordingly. |
Service coordination | Interacts directly with service providers to request changes or escalations. |
Client communication | Sends automated reports and alerts. Prompts the client for any required action (e.g., approve website changes, complete a background check for LSA). |
Quality assurance | Human review at critical delivery points (e.g., AI voice agent configuration, chatbot tone) to ensure brand standards. |
The system only interrupts the client when necessary:
Approvals: If the client opted out of automatic website changes, the system asks permission before each edit.
LSA background checks: Google requires the business owner to complete this personally.
Information gaps: If a new website needs content or images, the AI prompts the client and guides them through submission.
You have full read-only access to everything: leads, reports, execution status, and client communications.
You can "view as" the client to see their dashboard and help resolve issues, but you are not required to manage day-to-day operations.
All services will be implemented as specified in the plan.
CRM workflows, AI voice agents, and chatbots will be configured and operational.
SEO is pay-for-performance: The client is not charged until first-page rankings are achieved.
PPC traffic will be delivered; landing pages and bids are optimized continuously.
Every lead is tracked and attributed to its source.
ROI or revenue. The platform cannot guarantee that the business owner will close the leads that are delivered.
The ROI calculation depends on the client's stated close rate, average ticket, and operational responsiveness. If they claim a 30% close rate but actually close 5%, the ROI will not match projections.
"We guarantee the execution and the lead flow. We guarantee that your AI voice agent will answer every missed call, that your SEO will reach page one before you pay for it, and that every dollar of ad spend is tracked. What we cannot guarantee is your closing rate—that depends on your team answering promptly, showing up on time, and pricing competitively. But every lead we deliver is documented, and you will see exactly where your marketing dollars are going."
The AI voice agent acts as a safety net for missed calls. When the business or their team cannot answer, the AI picks up, qualifies the lead, takes messages, and can book appointments.
If the business prefers, the AI voice agent can become the main phone line, replacing or supplementing a human receptionist.
Before going live, the business:
Receives a test phone number to call and experience the agent.
Configures gender, tone, vocabulary, and call-handling preferences (e.g., transfer rules, appointment scheduling).
Approves the final configuration. No client-facing element goes live without explicit approval.
The AI voice agent is HIPAA compliant where required.
High-ticket local services: General contractors, HVAC, roofers, insulation, dentists, cosmetic surgeons, financial planners.
Businesses already spending on marketing: Easier to convert than businesses with zero marketing budget. They understand the value and are often frustrated with fragmented, single-channel agencies.
Businesses offering consumer financing: High tickets become more accessible when the end customer can finance the service.
Average job values of $5,000–$20,000+ absorb customer acquisition costs.
These businesses already know how to close large transactions quickly.
They are accustomed to investing in lead generation and will recognize the value of a holistic, multi-channel plan.
Startups with no track record: Harder to project and harder to sell to.
Businesses with no marketing budget at all: Possible, but the sales cycle is longer because the owner must be educated on marketing value from scratch.
Sending is unlimited. You can distribute your pricing-group link to as many prospects as you want.
Consumption happens on fulfillment. A plan is only counted against your monthly limit when a prospect completes the full discovery chat, receives the analysis, and unlocks the marketing plan.
Overages: If you exceed your monthly allocation, additional fulfilled plans are charged automatically. You can view overage rates in your billing section.
Focus on conversion, not volume. Running 100 plans is only valuable if you follow up and convert the prospects. A smaller number of well-nurtured leads outperforms a large, ignored pipeline.
Topic | Key Point |
White label | Use gray label now; full white label requires your own domain and DNS setup. |
No website? No problem. | The system builds websites and GBPs for businesses starting from zero. |
Custom products | Coming soon. First, replace default services; later, add entirely new ones. |
Fulfillment is autonomous | The system monitors, optimizes, and communicates. You source; it executes. |
Guarantee execution, not ROI | Lead flow and service delivery are guaranteed. Client closing rates are not. |
Target spenders, not starters | Businesses already investing in marketing convert faster and easier. |
Credits are for fulfilled plans only | Send links freely; worry about limits only when prospects complete the full flow. |
